UK host xHosts has a small batch of VPS on Intel Xeon Gold 6138 in its Maidenhead data center. The headline box gives you 4 vCPUs, 16GB of DDR4 RAM, and 100GB SSD for £7.50 a month. Traffic is unmetered on a 1Gbps port.
The host throws in one free extra CPU core if you reply to the LowEndTalk thread before ordering. That bumps the effective spec to 5 cores for the same £7.50.
